The Central Shenandoah EMS Council proudly presents C.A.R.E. 2013, an educational symposium co-sponsored by the Central Shenandoah EMS Council and Augusta Health.  This third annual day-long symposium, scheduled for August 17, 2013 on the campus of Augusta Health, will feature many informative lectures including:
